You are going to feel like a witch brewing a potion, but it works.Ingredients: 1 Organic Banana, 2 cups water, Cinnamon.
- Step 1: Wash the banana thoroughly (scrub off pesticides). cut off both tips.
- Step 2: Cut the banana in half, leaving the peel ON.
- Step 3: Drop into boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Step 4: Strain the liquid into a mug. Add cinnamon to mask the earthy taste. Drink an hour before bed.
